The training is aimed at those who want to develop as a teacher, whether new to teaching or more experienced and senior.

Our training

Our training is practical rather than theoretical. You will practice (lots) using realistic role plays that simulate the scenarios you have in your teaching relationships. You’ll receive lots of feedback so you are able to identify and be aware of your pitfalls and strengths.  Many concepts about motivation will be turned on their head and you’ll find new and better ways to deal with the challenges and problems you face.
